Northshore Church is a church planted in Mindarie, in the heart of the northern coastal suburbs of Perth, and it is our dream to live and proclaim the life transforming good news of Jesus Christ to our local community and beyond. Changing Seasons
Hi Church,
As I write this the rain falls outside my window, the verges are green with winter growth and my hands still have the freshness of the cold morning on them.
There is no doubt we are in winter!
The natural seasons around us speak to the different season each of us experience spiritually. Just as winter is different to summer and autumn to spring, so too are the spiritual seasons of the church.
In Daniel 2:21 we are told
“He (God) changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning”
Let me cut to the chase – I believe we’re moving into a new season in God. There is change a foot and it is exciting to see what God has for us around the corner.
In church we are all for change. Just not now and not in my life.
But what if God is wanting to bring positive, breakthrough change in your life in this new season? Will you be open to that? Will you trust Him?
My prayer is you do and are blown away by the incredible results!
